Pastor Ben Workman assumed the role of Lead Pastor at Victory in 2017. He was raised in Victory and is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus Christ, and discover what God has called and gifted them to do. Pastor Ben graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, and was pursuing post graduate work in Virginia when he felt the call of God to enter the ministry here at his home church. His wife Elisa grew up on the mission field in Mexico, and together they have a heart to see Victory reach others around the world with the love of Jesus. Ben and Elisa love chasing around their three awesome kids: Elijah, Eliam, and Hava, and feel their greatest calling is raising their children in the love and knowledge of God and His Word. As a family, they love trips to the beach, building legos, and crawfish hunting.
